Sijahk means “to begin.”
In Sijahk Yoga™ we begin with the body. By limbering and strengthening the body through yoga, we can start to turn inward. By doing so, we begin to uncover the processes that may be holding us back from embracing and living our strength.
Through taekwondo practice, we ignite our strength and release patterns of self-doubt that have prevented us from moving forward in our lives.
In yoga form, we dance in the winds and release into the joyful flow that reminds us that we are in unison with everything and everyone.
